How to Participate:

Customers who book an apartment at Farida Royale during the promotional period will automatically be eligible to participate in the “My Farida Royale Dream Home – Diwali Edition” contest for a chance to win one of three TVS Jupiter Scooters.

Participants must submit entries as per the complete Terms & Conditions below.

 

Farida Royale Diwali Promotional Offer – Terms & Conditions

 

Promotional Period: This promotional offer shall be in force from 1-Oct-25 to 31-Oct-25, subject to the availability of inventory and such further extension or modification as may be deemed appropriate by the management.

 

  1. Eligibility
    • This promotional offer (“Offer”) is open to residents of India aged 18 years or above.
    • To be eligible, participants must book and register an apartment (1RK or 1BHK) at Farida Royale, Ambur, during the promotional period.
    • Only one entry per apartment booking is permitted.

 

  1. Offer Details
    • Guaranteed Gift
      • Every customer who completes an apartment booking during the promotional period will receive ONE (1) 40″ LED Television.
      • The LED TV model will be decided by the developer and communicated at the time of booking.
      • The LED TV will be delivered only after the customer has paid a minimum of 20% of the total apartment value (including booking amount, registration charges, and subsequent instalments).
    • Contest Prizes
      • THREE (3) TVS Jupiter Scooters will be awarded to winners selected through the “My Farida Royale Dream Home”
      • The exact model and colour of the TVS Jupiter will be subject to availability and at the discretion of Farida Royale.
      • Winners shall be entitled to the TVS Jupiter Scooter only upon the successful completion of the Sales Deed registration of the respective apartment

 

  1. Contest Mechanism
    • Entry Method
      • All eligible customers booking apartments during the promotional period will automatically qualify to participate
      • Participants must submit an entry (either a slogan OR a photograph with caption) via the official Email or WhatsApp (6383217867) within 7 days of booking confirmation.
      • Multiple entries from the same booking will be disqualified.
    • Slogan Contest Criteria
      • Original slogan, maximum 15 words.
      • Theme: “Why Farida Royale is Perfect for My Family’s Future”.
      • Must be in English, Hindi, or Tamil.
      • Must be original and not plagiarized
    • Photo Contest Criteria
      • Original photograph taken by the participant in the Model Apartment.
      • Must include a caption of maximum 25 words.
      • Theme: “My Dream Family Moment at Home”.
      • Must not contain inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content.
      • Photograph must be minimum 1MB in size, in JPG/PNG format.
    • Judging Criteria
      • Entries will be evaluated by an internal jury panel based on:
        • Creativity and originality – 40%
        • Relevance to theme – 30%
        • Emotional connect and messaging – 30%

This is purely a creative expression contest and does not involve any game of chance or skill as defined under applicable laws.

  • Winner Selection
    • Three (3) winners will be selected by the internal jury panel.
    • The jury’s decision will be final and binding.
    • Winners will be announced via email, phone, and social media.
    • Winners must respond within 7 days of announcement to claim their prize.

 

  1. Payment Threshold for Prize Delivery
    • LED TV Delivery
      • The 40″ LED TV will be delivered only after 20% of the total apartment cost (including booking amount, registration, and instalments) has been paid.
      • The payment threshold must be achieved within 90 days of booking confirmation.
      • If not met, the developer reserves the right to deliver the prize once payments are up-to-date.
    • TVS Jupiter Scooter Delivery
      • Winners shall be entitled to the TVS Jupiter Scooter only upon completion of the Sales Deed registration.
      • The payment threshold must be achieved within 120 days of being declared a winner.
      • Delays in payment or booking cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prize, which may be awarded to a runner-up.
      • Delays in payment or booking cancellation will result in forfeiture of the prize, which will lead to automatic disqualification, with the prize remaining unawarded.
      • The developer reserves the right to verify payment status before prize delivery

 

  1. Taxes & Statutory Compliance
    • All applicable taxes, levies, duties, and charges (including TDS, GST, etc.) will be borne by the winner.
    • As per the Income Tax Act, 1961, gifts/prizes exceeding ₹50,000 are taxable under Section 56(2)(x).
    • The developer will deduct TDS at applicable rates. Winners must provide PAN card details.
    • GST, if applicable, will also be borne by the winner.
    • Winners will receive Form 16A or relevant tax certificates.

 

  1. Prize Delivery & Transfer
    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    • The developer may substitute prizes with items of equivalent or greater value if required.
    • LED TV Delivery:
      • Coordinated within 30 days of achieving the 20% payment threshold.
      • Delivered to the registered address provided at booking.
      • Installation and demonstration as per manufacturer’s terms.
    • TVS Jupiter Scooter Delivery:
      • Coordinated with the nearest authorized TVS dealership.
      • Winners receive the scooter in their name after completing necessary documentation.
      • Contest winners are responsible for registration, insurance (first year), and on-road formalities, with coordination assistance from the developer.
      • Delivery within 45 days of completing the Sales Deed registration.

 

  1. Booking Cancellation & Prize Forfeiture
    • Cancellation before prize delivery: customer forfeits all rights to promotional gifts.
    • Cancellation after prize delivery: the value of the prize(s) will be debited from payments made and adjusted against any refund due.
  2. General Conditions
    • Offer subject to apartment availability. Cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
    • Developer reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the offer as and when needed.
    • Developer’s decisions on all matters, including winner selection, are final and binding.
    • Participation implies acceptance of these terms.
    • Entries may be used by Farida Royale for marketing purposes.
    • Participants grant Farida Royale the right to use their name, photograph, and submissions for publicity.
    • Governed by Indian law, disputes under the jurisdiction of Chennai courts.
    • This is purely a creative expression contest, not a game of chance or skill under the Tamil Nadu Gaming Act, 1930 or other laws.

Farida Royale is not responsible for:

  • Malfunction, defect, or warranty issues post-delivery of the prizes.
  • Accidents, injuries, or damages arising from use of prizes.
  • Technical issues, network problems, or delays in submission.
  • The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from participation.
  1. Privacy & Data Protection
    • Personal information collected will be used only for prize delivery, tax compliance, and promotion-related communication.
    • Participant data handled according to applicable data protection laws and Farida Royale’s privacy policy.
